  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Remove any scales or bones from the fish head and cut it into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix together the dried red pepper flakes, garlic, ginger, vegetable oil, soy sauce, sugar, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the fish head pieces to the mixture and toss to coat evenly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Heat up a wok or frying pan over high heat. Add some oil and swirl to coat the bottom of the pan.
  5. Add the seasoned fish head pieces and stir-fry for about 5-7 minutes until they turn golden brown and crispy.
